Library Closed – Presidents’ Day
All of the Chester County Libraries will be closed in observance of Presidents' Day. The libraries will reopen under their current hours on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.
Chester County Library invites youth ages 9-13 to join our new Virtual Coding Club! This club will be hosted via Google Meet and participants will be learning to code their own video games. Our first meeting will be on Tuesday, November 17, 2020. Meetings will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. Join us online for a meeting of our new TEEN Book Club hosted by the Chester County Main Library and librarian Euphemia Southall on the third Thursday of the month starting on Thursday, September 17, 2020! This book club is open to anyone in 6th to 8th grade and will meet once a month from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.. Please register by the Wednesday before the meetings to attend. Due to COVID-19 the book club will be held in an online format in Google Meet.
Join us for a monthly video series on eating healthy, exercising, and growing in ourselves. This series is part of the Read, Eat, Grow initiative; a new initiative under the umbrella of food literacy to include training and outreach all year long. These videos are sponsored by the Network of the National Library of Medicine and the South Carolina State Library.
